Rear bumper chrome

Hi - new to the group here, and I'm wondering if anyone has the bars that flank the license plate on the rear bumper - according to many others these pieces rust out and I really could use a set if anyone has some they could part with? I find it so odd that these pieces rotted out - the rest of the car & underbody is Rust free, and belive me i've looked - go figure

Chad has a Century (small series). The small series lower rails are different than the large series.
