steering assembly
Dear All: Does anyone have a picture of the rag link assembly and the column connections under the hood? My drive, sigh, has blown up. Cheers. Michael.

heater hosing routing
I am stuck. Does anyone have a diagram (other than the one in the manual) for the correct routing of the heater hoses without using the underseat rads? Pictures or a diagram would be awesome. 1958 Buick Estate Wagon. Cheers. Michael.

carb springs
Can anyone tell me (or with pictures) how/where the return springs go on the carb and stator for a 1958 Buick Nailhead? Just one of those pictures I can't find in the collection (or forgot to take one). Cheers. Michael.

Motor and tranny are in, cargo area lino in, headliner in, dash in ... seats now. Do the rear supports for the wagon seats sit on top of the carpet or does the carpet wrap around the supports to hide them? Cheers. Michael.

Do you know where I can find a new one? Mine is cracked and very old as you can imagine. Cheers. Michael.

crank pulley
The engine is getting closer to being dropped in. I noticed, though, that there is a round ring of rubber that is supposed to be inserted into the crank pulley. The original is broken and seems to have shrunk. Does anyone know where I can find a new one? Oh, and what does it do? Cheers. Michael.

Do you have any photos of this? I'm at the putting-back-throttle-assembly now. Cheers. Michael.

Re: Carb Kickdown linkage
I'm trying to, while the engine is out, put back the throttle linkage. I have the reference from the manual but I think I am missing some parts that join the lower stator to the gas pedal linkage. Do either of you have any pictures so I can identify the missing part? I think it is the one in the box ...

Engine installation
I received the Nailhead back from Bel Engines and they did a great job. Now, to put it back in. I am wondering how you determine which of the bolts on the transmission to remove to attach the flywheel? The transmission is in the car, the engine is not. Can someone walk me through the engine ...

Re: Testing Elec Harness
Yes. I have the wires back where I "think" they should go so I would like to test the lines to ensure, for instance, that the turn signal terminals are correct or the starter cables are correct. Any thoughts? Also, where should the needle on the gas gauge sit when there is no power going to it ...

Testing Elec Harness
I am working on my 58 Estate Wagon. I redid the wiring harness/s and tested each line. I now have the harness in and am wondering how I should test the harness/s to ensure that the right wire is in the right socket in the rubber coupling device on the firewall. Thoughts? Equipment?
