I'm still awaiting the arival of my 58 special from the USA, into Australia, so please excusue me asking such a dumb question! I was just wondering if you can tell me if 58's have a 12 or 6 volt electrical system. I assumed they would be 12, but I see a dude selling a 58 on ebay saying he has ...

My cars a special, not a limited so maybe a small? What is the difference with the bumper? they wouldnt be different size would they? just different looking? Either way, do you have any?

Hi. I'm after at least 2 complete rear bumpers. The condition of the chrome is not important. Also it wouln't matter if one didnt have it's "ends"

Hi all.
I see some photos of 58's with 2 tone paint, lets say they blue with a white roof. I know that is a factory option, but what about those that are the same color under the side chrome moulding(from the headlight to the back wheel) as the roof? was that a factory option? eg White roof, blue ...

Has anyone lowered their 58 ? If so, how? I would like to put drop spindles under my old girl, but no one sells them. I dont have the money to "Bag" it, but my experience with using lowered springs is your ride quality suffers big time.
Any Ideas?

Hi Guys and Gals. I'm new to 58's and my car needs som origional hubcaps. Its a 58 special riviera I think. Do All 58's share the same caps? or are they different for each model? If someone has a set of 4 I'd be keen to know how much your after.
